The Corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for the promotion of the common business interests of its members including the improving the conditions of one or more lines of business, all within the meaning of Section 501(c)(6) of the Code, and to conduct, accomplish and carry on its objectives, functions and purposes or any part thereof set forth in the governing documents of the Corporation as amended from time to time, within or without the State of Texas. More specifically, the Corporation shall be an association of organizations that use, or are involved in the use of, composite materials that repair or structurally reinforce components including, but not limited to, pipelines, piping, and other pressure containing equipment. The assets and property of the Corporation are hereby pledged for use exclusively in performing its exempt purposes.
